All our products are delivered online, instantly, to your A2G Smart account.
1. No physical shipping
Everything A2G Smart sells is digital — notes, tests, passes, courses and live classes. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping charges.
2. When you get access
- Passes, plans, single notes and tests: opened in your account within a few seconds of a successful payment (at most 30 minutes).
- Recorded courses: all published lessons open straight away; new lessons appear as they are added.
- Live batches: you are enrolled at once; class timings and joining links are shown on the course page and your dashboard.
- Personal academic help: the delivery date is agreed with you by email before work starts, and the work is sent by email or your dashboard.
3. Where to find what you bought
Log in with the same account you paid with and open your Dashboard, or the course page. Access works on phones, tablets and computers. A confirmation from Razorpay is sent to your email / phone.
4. Service area
Our products are available online across India and anywhere with internet. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all charges.
5. Did not get access?
- Refresh the page and make sure you are logged in with the account you paid from.
- Still locked after 30 minutes? Contact us with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_). We usually fix it within a few hours, and always within 24 hours on working days. - If we cannot give access, you get a full refund — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
