What is Pharmacognosy?
Pharmacognosy is the scientific study of drugs obtained from natural sources such as plants, animals and minerals.
It includes identification of crude drugs, chemical constituents, therapeutic uses, herbal medicines, nutraceuticals and herbal cosmetics.
